The Heavenly Balcony: Our room had a charming balcony with breathtaking city views. It felt like having our own private oasis, where we could sip our coffee and admire the picturesque surroundings. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the beauty of Trento.
Door to Breakfast: Unconventional layout - the room had a door that led directly into the breakfast restaurant. It made for an interesting setup, but we could hear every sound from the bustling morning crowd.

I absolutely loved the charming decor of the hotel, especially the cozy and welcoming sitting areas. The beautiful furniture and warm colors made me feel right at home. As a senior woman, I also appreciated how accessible the hotel was for people like me. There were handrails throughout the property, making it easy for me to navigate and ensuring my safety.
I would have liked the children working there to be a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests. A little more assistance with luggage or offering a helping hand would have made the vacation even better for us older folks.

The place was nice and clean. the room was warm and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the restaurant. the staff, Allesandra and her sister, were very helpful and easy to talk to. We also appreciated that they allowed dogs to stay with us. the continental breakfast was excellent and we were able to have it early in the morning to catch our ferry to Greece. the location was convenient for travelers passing through from Austria to Italy.
When we arrived, there was a loud wedding taking place, which prevented us from enjoying the peaceful garden and quiet location. It would have been nice if the staff had informed us about this in advance.

Great location with stunning views and beautiful surroundings. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Don't know about the wifi or the size of the bed because I overslept and missed breakfast. Oops!
Moldy shower doors, freezing AC that won't turn off, and a firm bed that could rival a wooden plank. But hey, who needs comfort when you have a beautiful view and a pizzeria nearby?

Amazing location with a vineyard and Dolomites backdrop. Friendly hosts, comfy beds, clean rooms. Fresh mountain air, open windows instead of AC. Excellent breakfast with regional pies and homemade apple juice.
